2. A signed copy of the contract must be received two (2) weeks prior to the cruise date and must be accompanied by the total payment amount and a guaranteed passenger count. Please make checks payable to Circle Line Sightseeing Yachts, Inc.

3. Tickets may be picked up at the ticket booth and passengers must board 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. All changes in passenger count must be received no later than 48 hours prior to the cruise in order to receive a credit.

4. Late additions may be paid at the ticket window. All rates are quoted in US dollars and payment must be made in US dollars.

5. Rates do not apply to holidays and special events.

6. No outside food or beverages are allowed on board.

7. The contracting party must refrain from speeches, presentations, raffles or any other activity which may disturb other passengers.

8. Cruises sail rain or shine.
